The initial visit involved information gathering, surveying and design works in order to accurately inform architects and complete council applications.
This project was a complete renovation of a Victorian property which included all plumbing and electrics, insertion of double glazed windows throughout as well as the demolition and rebuildof the old extension. We were able to offer our clients support with regard to design and reconfiguration of rooms to incorporate a galley kitchen in the centre of the house and extended living area with bi-folding doors and lantern. Finally we installed a new modernised, remote controlled heating system for each room.
Throughout the process we worked together with our clients, with regular pre-scheduled meetings, as well as interim design process drawings shared through emails, which informed the first and second fix. The benefit of having advanced design process drawings meant that an estimate of costs could be calculated prior to any architects being involved or council applications processed.
A fully detailed and agreed project pack was then created and utilised throughout the installation process.
